Ms Karen Stott

Ms Karen Stott is a lawyer with 20 years of litigation experience, and a nationally accredited mediator. She has practised in a wide range of areas, particularly health law and medical negligence, professional and government liability, personal injury and workplace relations.

Ms Rachel King

With a background in economics, psychology and legal studies, Ms Rachel King spent more than 15 years working in the financial markets for Australian, American and European investment banks, both domestically and offshore, most recently as Director, Global Markets. During her time working closely with many high-performers making high-stakes decisions, Rachel observed the relationship between human factors, performance and the bottom line.

With a desire to learn more about the drivers behind human functioning, Rachel committed to a rigorous five-year post-graduate programme, one that is on-going, to up-skill herself in neuroscience and its related fields.
