 Jim is passionate about patient safety and quality improvement and strongl
 y advocates for robust data and reliable systems to enhance the patient ex
 perience. His role includes leading the Data and Analytics Team which prov
 ides QIDS\, QARS and the Death Review Database. Jim works closely with eHe
 alth on all aspects of patient safety in the electronic domain.\n\nJim joi
 ned the CEC late in 2018. He is a renal physician who has worked over many
  years in a number of LHDs as a clinician/manager. Outside of his interest
  in patient safety he has a long interest in kidney transplantation and se
 rvice development especially in the provision of dialysis services. He has
  served as the Medical Executive Director for SESLHD.\n\nAlexandra Shields
  \n\n(Partner @Norton Rose Fulbright Australia)\nAlexandra is an employmen
 t and labour lawyer with expertise across all areas of employment\, workpl
 ace relationships and industrial relations law for public and private sect
 or clients\, with very strong experience in workplace litigation\, includi
 ng discrimination\, sexual harassment and equal opportunity claims\, unfai
 r and unlawful dismissals and Consumer Law claims.\nAlexandra has a sound 
 understanding of her clients' businesses and provides a practical and solu
 tions-focused approach on contentious and non-contentious matters.\n\nAlex
 andra regularly represents and advocates for clients in conciliations and 
 hearings in various jurisdictions. She is a regular presenter at client an
 d external industry seminars on various aspects of employment law.
