 B ChB FRACS FAOrthAis an Australian trained Orthopaedic Surgeon and a Squa
 dron Leader in the Australian Air Force Reserve. Born in Baghdad\, Munjed 
 had to flee Iraq as a young Doctor having refused the orders of Saddam Hus
 sein to mutilate army deserters’ ears.    Munjed holds several academi
 c titles including Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Unive
 rsity Of Notre Dame Australia School Of Medicine Sydney\, Discipline Head
  of the Limb Reconstruction Program at Macquarie University Hospital\,  
  Honorary Associate of the School of AMME/Faculty of Engineering and IT a
 t the University of Sydney\, Clinical Lecturer at Macquarie University and
  the Australian School of Advanced Medicine.  Apart from his academic and
  clinical roles\, Munjed is heavily involved in humanitarian work.  Munje
 d is a Patron of the Asylum Seekers Centre\, Sanctuary Australia Foundati
 on and the New South Wales Amputee Association and an Ambassador of the A
 ustralian Red Cross\, Amnesty International Australia and Multicultural Di

 er in HWL Ebsworth’s national insurance group\, is a risk and claims adv
 iser in the emerging and growing fields of online content\, technology and
  cyber security risks as well as in the more traditional insurance fields 
 of professional\, executive and financial risks.   Andrew has a speciali
 st practice in media and technology liability claims.  This frequently in
 volves acting in matters concerning liability for online content including
  defamation\, privacy\, social media\, intellectual property infringement 
 and IT service provider claims.  His defamation practice spans a range of
  different sectors and industries including government\, media/publishing\
 , health\, credit reporting\, education and clubs and associations.  In t
 he health sector\, he has acted in many defamation disputes involving medi
 cal practitioners\, often on instruction from medical defence organisation
 s and insurers\, including many claims relating to online reviews by disgr
 untled patients.  Andrew is also recognised for his expertise in cyber se
 curity risks and insurance and is a sought after speaker and widely publis
 hed thought leader in that field.  He has advised on the evolving legal a
 nd regulatory landscape for cyber exposures and assisted insurers in devel
 oping insurance products and policy wordings to cover such risks. He is on
  various insurers’ cyber breach response panels handling many cyber inci
