In 1994 he was elected Deputy Leader of the State Parl iamentary Labor Party and in 1996 he was elected Leader.\n\nGeoff was the Director of the Graduate School of Government at the University of Sydney from 2006 and 2015\, after which he became Emeritus Professor. Located in Sydney’s Kings Cross\, KRC is among the world ’s most integrated targeted primary health care services for ‘at risk ’ young people\, sex workers and people who inject drugs.
